Rated 3 out of 5 by RoseyRhino Its an ok product I was actually very disappointed with this. I might have just bought the wrong kind of cream for my skin. Its really sticky and it absorbs pretty slow. I think this cream is better suited for my mother. I have dry to normal skin, a lightweight and smooth finish moisturiser would work best. I will finish this jar but I won't be buying this again. The scent is good and I like the packaging (although making it a bit wider would be better because some might lose the small spoon to take out the product) but its too sticky and it doesn't feel that good on my skin January 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by SuSing This really works at a fraction of the cost I was introduced to Avene by a skincare specialist in the chemist department of Selfridges in London. It works as well as the beauty brands on the ground floor of Selfridges, at a fraction of the cost. Since then I've seen the brand Avene in a private skincare clinic. The packaging is simple, and there is no perfume, so all of the costs go towards the quality of the cream. I understand that it is based on a natural spring in France, and has been used on burns victims. For me, this brand is excellent and effective. The small tubes of cream don't last that long, so I usually buy the pot of very rich cream which lasts for quite a while. It saves me worrying about how I'm going to manage to pay for another pot of cream when this one is finished. Just brilliant :) April 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kizmit Love it!! I have mild Rosacea and my skin is v sensitive to fragrance. This cream has been the only one that has helped my dry patches and tightness. I have tried clinique, dermalogica, Olay etc. it's v moisturising and good value. My foundation goes on fine, my daughter and mom now use it. Buy it!!!!!! April 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by ChloeofLondon Delicious On first inspection, I was a little worried about the thickness of this cream, but fear not, it is like whipped mascarpone (or whatever ridiculously indulgent foodstuff you like to put in your face rather than on it) for your face. Merely spreading this stuff on your parched skin feels luxurious. Which is not something I usually get to experience due to my mercurial skin. The only constant being that it will become red, dry and extremely disagreeable at the most inopportune time. This cream saves it. My skin is now calm, affable and for the most part without redness and only the smallest amount is needed so I feel calm about the cost. Win, WIN. May 23, 2014
