Avene Sun Care Very High Protection Mineral Cream SPF50+ 50ml is rated out of 5 by 14.
Rated 4 out of 5 by fay126 from First hate it and then love it The first time I used it I thought it was colourless and used a normal amount on my face, I instantly looked like people in Halloween with white face paint, even makeup wouldn't be able to cover it. However the suncream did a good job, it didn't irritate my sensitive skin and protected it well during a whole day in the sun. After that every time I used it I only put tiny little bit on. I've been using it when I was in Greece for holiday. I stayed in the sun all day long for a week and didn't get any sunburn, only beautifully tanned skin. It's definitely a great suncream and would be perfect without the pale colour.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Janny62 from Nice for holidays but not everyday I was looking for a mineral sunscreen I could use everyday. This is far too thick and white for that. To heavy for under make up, hence my rating. It is fine as a sunblock on the beach for my holidays but defo not everyday

Rated 4 out of 5 by Elizabeth17 from A good SPF for very sensitive skin I understand the negative and the positive reviews for this cream. It does initially leave the skin looking ghostly pale but, with a bit of patience, it does sink in and blend to a less shocked-white look. I find SPFs are a minefield for sensitive skin and I would recommend this to anyone who is reacting badly to other ones. You only need a tiny amount of product and I am okay with looking a little paler than normal in return for good sun protection without any stinging or redness. I use it if my skin is particularly reactive and go back to using La Roche Posay Anthelios when my skin is calm again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cindy83 from It is ok for me I had a small sample from Escentual, at first I found this uv sunscreen very oily, I did not want to use it. Then, I ran out of my old sunscreen and had this one a go. It were ok. I only put very tiny amount for my face. The whole size can last for years lol I agree with another review, it does make your face very pale. But, It all absorbed after a while but remained abit oily looking. The good thing about this sunscreen is I have very sensitive skin both on my cheeks, they worked fine. My skin feels absolutely fine after 12 hours. Don't feel dry anything like that.
