Meiboserin limits the evaporation of the Avène Thermal Spring Water from the skin, while Lipomucine increases the coverage of hydration across the dermis. Sebo-absorbing capsules regulate oil production for a light matifying effect, making this cream perfect for normal to combination skin.

Good cream This is another excellent product from Avene. Although the cream is for dehydrated skin it is very light and easy to apply and absorb. My skin feels beautiful after using. I purchased this moisturiser in particular as my skin felt as though it would benefit from a more substantial cream after the long winter months. I will probably use a lighter one again during the summer. April 10, 2013

Another sterling product ... I am delighted with this product and will certainly purchase it again. I intend to use it in conjunction with the Ystheal moisturizer that I have been using for some time now. Buying it at the special September price was brilliant! October 3, 2012

Great for dehydrated skin I love this moisturiser, it nice and light, and really hydrates my skin. I have quite an oily complexion so the light formula is perfect for me. It's not a heavy cream, but it provides just enough moisture for my skin. Perfect to get rid of fine lines around the eyes (which are often caused by dehydration rather than ageing). FYI - Many people confuse dehydration with dry skin, so here's the difference! Dry skin usually means your skin feels tight, rough or can sometimes appear dusty or flaky. It can also lead to soreness if extremely dry. Dehydrated skin just means your skin is lacking moisture, so it can look dull, sallow, even grey - and often leads to fine lines particularly around the eyes or lips. This cream is for dehydrated skin. July 31, 2012

try the RICHE SKIN TYPE: fair, senstive/dehydrated/combination for people with dyhydrate skin, i would not recommend this product, mostly because in my experience it doesn't do what it says it will. after the inital application your skin feels soothed BUT 5 mins later, the feelings goes away and your skin feels dry again, IT IS NOT LONG LASTING furthermore, it does a strange thing where after you apply it, it leaves flakey bits on your skin, espeially when you try to put other products on top, such as sunscreen ( i noticed this happens particularly with mattfying sunscreens like my vichy one) overall i would not recommend this, if you are looking for something that actually hydrates you skin i would throughly reccommend the RICHE version.
