Rated 5 out of 5 by beautyfan1 Mineral Veil A little goes a very long way with this product, and whilst I wouldn't use it over the original Bare Minerals powder foundation as it would be far too drying for me, over a liquid foundation it's great for my mature skin. It's incredibly light and I don't feel as though I'm wearing powder. Also because it's so fine, I can use a tiny amount as an under eye concealer setting powder too. It looks quite pink in the pot, but it does go on colourless. When you reach the bottom, you can end up losing a few days worth, but with a bit of welly you can get the mechanism off. Rated 4 out of 5 by Stoney On the quest for the perfect powder On my quest to find the perfect face powder I have stopped for a visit on the island of bareMinerals. The sales pitch would have you believe this to be some form of miracle product which not only sets make-up, blurs fine lines, bathes one in a soft focus effect and solves world hunger (ok, so they don't exactly promise to solve world hunger) but does it live up to the hype? Hmmm, not quite. While it is certainly a very good powder for setting and finishing one's face, I found it to be a little drying and therefore ended up making my face look a little tired and dull. I suspect that it would be terrific for those who don't have dry skin and if that's you, I say go bask your lovely face in Mineral Veil on the island of bareMinerals! October 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by cherrybee Less is more I have found mineral veil to be a product that I can use everyday with confidence that it makes my face feel a little better than before. I have had years of skin allergies and reactions to products on my face so to find one that I can use without any worries is amazing. I feel confident to brave the world when my face feels luminous in a soft and gentle way. No additives in the product means less chance of an allergic reaction - less is more in this case.
