Rated 5 out of 5 by LambyLamb from Effective, and nice to use This moisturiser is one of the best I've used. I have dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin. Usually at this time of year it starts to look parched and red, but since I started using embryolisse (a few months ago - this is my second tube) it is plump, even-toned and hydrated. I have fewer fine-lines and none of the usual crepeyness that comes with cold weather. It's lovely to use, is non-greasy, absorbs easily, and it doesn't cause me any skin reactions. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The downsides are first the fragrance - I would always rather fragrance free, but this product is only lightly fragranced, and doesn't seem to cause me any problems. It has an old-fashioned scent that I don't love, but it doesn't linger at all. Second, the packaging is a mixed bag - it comes in a sturdy metal tube which is easy to use, and hygienic, and fine until you start reaching the end when it becomes difficult to get the last of the moisturiser out. Finally, a lot of people criticise it because it contains mineral oil. But I can never quite figure out what the complaint is. It seems like there are a few things - first that it's a cheap ingredient, second that it might be tainted with contaminants (although I think, from what I've read, that this is mis-information), third that it does nothing for the skin in terms of nourishment - or something like that, and fourth that it clogs pores and causes spots. As someone that reacts badly to a lot of plant-based oils and emollients I can't say that any of these complaints about mineral oil deters me, since it seems like a very neutral kind of ingredient and has calmed my skin rather than created problems. Also, I react to silicones, but not to mineral oil, so I think that individual skin types vary, and that mineral oil is not the font of all skin-care evil. This moisturiser makes my skin look and feel moisturised. It works for me and I think that it's excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gabbypuddleduck from The perfect all in one I like the fact that when I am travelling I only need to take one item. This product provides me with a facial moisturiser, primer and if I need to, a cleanser - perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by kiki3 from Simply The Best Embryolisse Creme Concentrate moisturiser has been my #1 since i discovered it. I was having a very difficult time finding a moisturiser that could be used both AM & PM, had 0 SPF and had absolutely no funny business. I wanted something normal, something that would do what a moisturiser is supposed to do - hydrate... And boy it does! I use this product on wet skin right after using toner in the morning (as it aids the moisturiser to sink really deeply into the skin) and right after using serum in the evenings. If you're ready to shed the funny business and go back to basics this product is for you. A creamy rich texture that leaves skin hydrated and practically glowing, when travelling use Embryolisse Cream Concentrate whenever and wherever you need hydration it's the ultimate multi-purpose cream.
