How to Shop at Escentual

Escentual.com is designed with you in mind; we want to make it as straight forward as possible for you to choose, find and purchase your goods. Throughout your time on our website, you will have a personal shopping basket, into which you can place as many different items as you choose, in whatever quantities you desire (subject to stock).

Any time you see this button, you can click it to add the product in question to your basket. Doing so will then take you to the Your Shopping Bag screen.

The shopping bag (example shown below) shows you, quickly and easily, what's in your basket so far. You can change the quantities of your items or remove them altogether - simply make changes as you see fit and then click the Update button.

Once you are happy with your items, you can proceed to payment. First, select your country of delivery, then your shipping method and click Checkout.

Checkout

You will then be invited to login or if you are new to Escentual, become a member.

If you are a new member, you will then need to provide your billing address and delivery address (if different); if you have filled this in before, you will not need to do so again.

You can then click Complete Order, and you're done!
