This is a very classy and sophisticated fragrance that starts off very flowery. In the heart of the scent a warm spiciness accompanies the elegant blend of flowers.

The first hour and a half of wearing, the fragrance feels outdated and best suited for elder ladies. The dry down however is very lovely: soft, woody, a tiny sweet note, some smokiness. Really beautiful! It gives the scent an intimate and comforting character and in my opinion the lovely dry down makes the fragrance suitable for most ages (maybe not for young girls) and almost every occasion.

I don't like the design of the bottle and the box, the black plastic cap gives the bottle a cheap look.

Moderate sillage, good lasting power.

I would like to give this fragrance 3,5 stars.

I bought this as a present for my grandmother she has used this for some time now and she loves it, this perfume does really smell so much better after a while on the skin the perfume is of light jasmine lovely!

La Perla - the seducer

I have had more compliments over the years I have worn this than any other fragrance. Have even had people stop me in the street - male and female! - to ask what I was wearing and how much they liked it. Difficult to find, but worth the effort - well you can get it here now. I shall be buying with frequency. It smells better after it has warmed on the skin for awhile. Is not sweet, heavy or overpowering and works for both daytime and evening.
