Eliminate severe skin imperfections with the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo, a corrective and unclogging moisturiser.

This complete skincare product combines four active ingredients that tackle the two main symptoms of imperfection prone skin: Niacinamide and Piroctone Olamine to fight against a build up of bacteria which lead to imperfections, and LHA and Linoleic Acid which unclog blocked pores. The formulation is further enriched with the La Roche-Posay thermal spring water which reduces irritation and redness.

You're left with skin that is purified, smoother and balanced. Even the most severe imperfections disappear.

I will Re-purchase this over & over again I cannot fault this product - what it claims to do, it does and more! My skin has never looked or felt so good and I can definitely notice the difference when I miss this step out of my skin care routine. I would say it has definitely helped with breakouts, minimizing old scars and reducing pore size. May 2, 2013

Nice Product It smells nice like spring water. I have oily sensitive skin so it stings on the side of the nose but on other parts of the face it feels fine. Can't say that it has made dramatic difference to the skin, though. May 1, 2013

Better than tea tree oil My husband and I use this as a spot healer/corrector for pimple breakouts. My husband's skin is sensitive, oily, and acne-prone, and he sometimes has nasty breakouts about once or twice a week. In the past he'd use tea tree oil to dry out and clear the pimples, but ever since we bought this, he ditched the tea tree oil as this was more effective, it isn't oily, and doesn't have a strange scent. WOW! The first time I ever used this product and I thought It was absolutely amazing! my skin is very much clear anyway however I tend to get a lot of breakouts on my nose and forehead and omg when I used this product, the big red spot on my nose vanished overnight. it truly is amazing. the smaller little spots on my forehead are also disappearing now. I am really loving this product, I only use it at night time as it may be too harsh on my skin as I have very sensitive skin. the smell isn't that great but once you've applied it on your face, you can't smell it anymore. I have already recommended this product to my family and now I am no longer scared of breakouts :) April 22, 2013
