Rated 3 out of 5 by bel90 I would not repurchase I received this as a gift and have to agree with the previous BellaBeauty review! It smells nice but this product does not feel intensive enough. It does not feel very exfoliating and neither does it really moisturise. I sometimes use it before lip products in the day time but would never use it at night as it would not be enough. I like the scent of it very much but do not be deceived by the red balm, there is no tint to the lips. I'd buy the Nuxe Reve de Miel instead. October 11, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by BellaBeauty Not a bad product but not a life-changer! I admit to being a lip moisturiser addict! I get very dry lips for most of the year and being a constant lipstick wearer I need something to keep my lips in reasonable condition. Many years ago I found the Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm and that has been my lip balm of choice ever since. However, after so many years using the same product, I just fancied a change and came across this. I read the reviews for Ole Henriksen's Red Tea Lip Salvation and I was convinced I ought to try it. My opinion on the Lip Salvation is that it isn't a terrible product but nor is it one I would ever repurchase. It feels like any regular lip balm as I apply it and it does feel moist for a short time (10 minutes or so.) However, I never really feel that it is doing anything in particular and certainly not having any lasting effect. Whereas I would put my Nuxe product on as an overnight treatment, this simply wouldn't be moisturising enough. The Lip Salvation has no real discernible scent or flavour and the red tinted balm does not colour the lips to any extent. Perhaps if it were a quarter the price it might be a reasonable lip balm but at this price...I will be looking at other alternatives. May 25, 2015
