A product you just couldn't be without
I have used this product for over 6 years now, I can't imagine not having it in my daily routine. Having suffered for years with flaky itchy scalp which was driving me mad, nothing would help tried most products and spent a lot of money trying so called treatment products, until I stumbled on this range by Philip Kingsley. I was so desperate to get relief from the itching I decided to buy the Flaky itchy scalp shampoo. Well I wasn't disappointed, from the very first use I got so much relief, and after a couple of weeks my scalp had completely healed. No more flaky lumps in the nape of my neck, behind my ears and across the top of my head, no more red tender inflamed skin. My hairdresser couldn't believe the difference this product had made to my scalp and hair and now recommends this to clients with similar conditions, I use nothing else and still after 6 years my scalp has never been better. I would never consider buying any other product, this does exactly what it says it will do. This is my desert island product I could never live without. Try it you won't be disappointed, beautiful healthy hair and scalp is what you'll have using this product and no itchyness or flakes insight!!

Very happy
I've bought this shampoo about 4 months ago. I've waited untill now with my review, because it often takes time to see or feel the results with a product. I've always had very flaky and itchy scalp, due to a very dry and sensitive skintype. I tried many shampoos, but none really worked. Based on the many positive reviews I deciced to give Philip Kingsley a try and I was not dissapointed. After only 2 weeks I already noticed the itching was gone and the flakes had become less. Now after 4 months flakes have reduced considerably and in combination with the flaky itchy scalp toner they're really kept under control! If my 250ml bottle runs out I will definitely buy the 1000ml size! The smell is soft and subtle, go on and try it out for yourself! I'm very happy I've found this...

Best itchy / flaky shampoo out there
I have tried just about every shampoo that claims to relieve itchy/flaky scalps but nothing worked until I used the Philip Kinsley range. (brands included Kerestase, Klorane, Loreal, Head & Shoulders, all supermarket brands, all medicated style brands,like E45 etc)
This not only relieved my scalp but has turned it around 360% - It;s as if I never had any problems to begin with.
I asked my boyfriend to periodically inspect my scalp - when we started on day 1 he could see pink/redish inflamed and blotchy patches, lots of flaky yellow/white flakes and nevermind the annoying incessant itching and scratching.
When I first washed with this shampoo I could already feel the relief. After a week the redness had disappeared and itchyness subsided.
Now I wash my hair every 2-3 days and have none of the above symptoms. To top it up my hair looks shiny and healthy (which is an achievement on its own as I have mixed race (afro style hair) that gets relaxed every 2 months.
I still get the occasional itch but nothing compared to what I used to have - there were times that I would wake up in the middle of the night because the itching was that bad. Im sure I drew blood on a occasion to.
I cannot recommend this product enough for the described symptoms.
This is my number one beauty product - I liked it so much that I bought the litre bottle which is going to last forever. WORTH EVERY PENNY
