Dature Noir brings out so many impressions, to set them in order would betray its essence. Here the traditional formula "top note, heart, bottom note", is outdated; Datura is set far beyond classification. Instead, one needs to absorb it in a single streak, a unique emotion. Its luxurious composition is obtained from a base of storax where myrrh, bitter almond, and tonka bean rejoin an harmonzing and sumptous musk. The vibrant and zestful touch is given by a careful blend of Chinese osmanthus, heliotrope, mandarin peel, lemon flower and tuberose. The soft powdery character of the fragrance is suggested through comforting vanilla, coconut oil and apricot. This almost narcotic, intoxicating mix gives Datura Noir its empowering quality.
