Serge Lutens À La Nuit Eau de Parfum Spray 50ml is rated out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mims from Best jasmine perfume! I have been searching for a clean, jasmine smell since I traveled to Italy and smelled it everywhere. This perfume is nearly spot on to smelling the actual plant. It has good lasting power but is not overwhelming. An absolute must for jasmine lovers and a perfect addition for me! Cannot wait to try more Serge Lutons products!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Inventress from Serge Lutens A La Nuit Eau de Parfum The first time I smelled Serge Lutens A La Nuit Eau de Parfum, I was expecting a heavy, indolic, head-spinning jasmine. Instead, I was greeted by synthetic elements which reminded me partly of light colognes and partly of the dead. This test was during the winter. Apparently, there is a time and place for everything. I retested A La Nuit in the summer temperatures and my perception of it changed 180 degrees. Now I could smell a green, fresh jasmine, blooming in all of its glory in the humid night. Honey is also easily discernible, blended well into the flower for a hint of sweetness that seems to be coming from the jasmine itself. On me, the perfume seems to fill the room with its scent. However, I find the longevity to be lacking - no longer than 3 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ruum from Superb Jasmine scent The scent of Jasmine is alluring enough as it is, but the flower gardens in my native Cyprus just OOZE of Jasmine after dark. The baking hot sunshine that radiates on the flowers during the day causes the aroma to be released ten fold at night, in my opinion. This is my first Serge and Lutens fragrance and is quite an amazing one. You don't need a lot, as the scent is quite concentrated as it is. Just a spritz and you can expect it to last all day. This scent amazes me by how "close" to the real thing it really is. I feel like I have my face buried in a flower bed of jasmine plants when this is down to the heart notes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheWolf from The Heart Of A Flower - The Scent Of A Woman The essence of jasmine can be a tricky one to capture. Its sickly-sweet scent can be cloying and a tad overwhelming if managed with heavy hands but perfumer Christopher Sheldrake displays the lightest of touches in this captivating invention for Serge Lutens. A La Nuit is Jasmine-lite; a fragrance which captures its more citrusy notes and achieves a freshness which reveals the heart of the flower whilst avoiding its more feral (some might say feline - and not in a good way!) tendencies. There's a wonderful, almost marmalade-like, afterglow in the dry-down, which is both sensual and reassuring in equal measure. Sweet but not overbearingly so and destined to enrich the warm air of a balmy summer night. A scent for a woman with romance in mind. A triumph of restraint over gasping-for-breath vulgarity. Truly Magical..
