I love the androgynous smell of Chergui, but it doesn't seem to last too well on me. Which is a pity as the scent is so unusual, and just what I was looking for.

warm, honeyed, sensual, has a quiet depth - makes me think of sun on sand with a gentle, end of day breeze. Love it.

Chergui is a moroccan desert wind, very dry and dusty. This is the concept and the memory that inspired the gifted duet, Lutens - Sheldrake, in another olfactory pilgramidge.
A balsamic honey-tobacco leaf concoction creates a smoky and sweet prelude. Rose and incense, laced together make it alluring, elegant and exotic. The scent has good sillage and extreme longevity. Chergui is a good choice for someone who's searching for a radiant, gilded and opulent fragrance. It's versatile and suits both women and men. This imaginary desert wind is mesmerising, warm and sexy. A must have for oriental fans, like me.
