excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! This product really works - it is like an industrial strength concealer, but does not cake at al!! I bought this shade Opal as well as Nude to mix or use separately as both compliment my skin tone and depend where I use them on my face. You do have to roll the product around your finger to warm it up a bit and give it that creamy consistency, but it is so easy to blend in, either with finger, sponge or brush! The colour match is superb and the quality of the product means it doesn't dry around a pimple and cake on it (like a lot of other concealers do). This does give a genuine airbrushed look! You must pat on and not rub, and do set it with powder for longevity! I am very impressed - this is now my staple product for when I have a pimple. It is not so good under the eyes for me, but this is because I have quite dry bumpy skin there and I prefer concealers that are thinner and more moisturizing. I highly recommend this though for covering any sins on your face! November 20, 2013
Great blemish concealer I had a sample of this a while ago and really enjoyed using it so I snapped it up when I noticed that it was on offer. Firstly I love the shade range, I have very fair skin and wear the lightest shade porcelain which is a great match. In terms of coverage, it's definitely buildable to full. It may take a few layers but it doesn't look cakey so it's great if you want to completely cover any blemishes. My only flaw is that it doesn't wear particularly well but I find this with almost all products that I use on my face, it certainly doesn't last less than any other concealer I've used. It does look cakey This product covers very well but it does look cakey, not a very natural look. Good enough to cover small areas effectively but not that good for my melasma. I haven't tried the setting powder but it doesn't last at least 4 hours without retouching. Overall I would recommend for small areas but not for people that needs to cover extensive areas because it looks like plasticine on your skin and if you happen to rub it it will smudge. Mixed feelings I bought this concealer after seeing it recommended by Lisa Eldridge in a few of her infamous youtube tutorials. I had high hopes that it would be a multi-tasking product that I could use to cover blemishes, blemish scars and some mild under eye circles. It hasn't completely disappointed but neither has it wowed. I find it adequately covers blemishes and scars after a few layers of application (my tip: roll the stick on the back of your hand to warm up the product and apply it with your ring finger) but I always feel I still need another product on top, eg. a powder. As for under eye coverage, I find its texture a bit heavy and I find it settles into creases fairly easily. Also, I have pretty pale skin which has bluish, cooler undertones. I purchased the lightest shade porcelain, but have found myself wondering if opal would have been a better match. October 31, 2013
