Simple but effective
I have combination, sensitive skin and it is actually quite hard to find something that doesn't make my skin angry. I had been using Avène's Hydrance Light Emulsion till recently, but turns out it contains silicones, as well as ingredients which can promote fungal acne, and is scented -- I was concerned these might be doing harm.
After some digging on Skincarisma I found this product, which is, wait for it: cruelty-free, scent-free, silicone-free, alcohol-free, paraben-free, EU-allergen-free, sulfate-free, fungal-acne-safe. So, woah basically. A straightforward moisturiser with minimal ingredients, and safe for the most sensitive types out there.
Additionally, the tube is really neat. I've never seen a system like this, I assume the 'sterile cosmetics' logo refers to it. Essentially as you squeeze, the cream passes through the (comparatively long) head, a circular disk thing raises from the end of it, and the cream then come out. It's hard to describe, but basically nothing including your fingers comes into contact with the cream inside the tube; even with the cap open, you do not have direct access to the inside. TL;DR as hygenic as a pump except not a pump
The texture is nice, and again I haven't encountered a cream with this exact consistency (including other lightweights, such as the Hydrance previously mentioned). It's creamy but once you being spreading becomes more liquidy, but still somewhat textured? Hard to describe, but it's nice. Sinks in fairly well. I use it at night and can feel it somewhat on my skin (as in, it doesn't disappear totally; but I've never found any moisturiser that truly disappears anyway. Maybe they're not suppose to do that). Does not feel like it's clogging anything or that it's sticky.
A tad pricey for the size I suppose, but I haven't found anything else like this so I'm going to stick to it!

Good for fungal acne
I was really struggling with fungal acne and noticed that my skincare routine might have been the problem - I changed to this moisturiser after learning it was fungal acne safe and had only a small list of ingredients. It's really light on the skin and definitely helped my fungal acne - although I don't think it necessarily treats it, I don't believe it has made my skin any worse. The little nozzle that is supposed to keep the lid clean is a really good idea too.
I mix a blob of this with a drop of squalane oil in the morning and evening just as this is a bit expensive for me so I'm trying to stretch it! The only way I think this product could be improved is if it contained SPF that was fungal acne safe.

Fantastic for acne-prone!
Amazing product. I suffer with hormonal acne around my chin, particularly around my 'time of the month', they can often be quite tender and inflamed this really calms down my skin and feels incredibly light and i've definitely seen an improvement with my acne since using this so I know its not clogging my pores!

Genuinely non-comedogenic moisturiser
My skin has always been very oily and I've never really bothered with moisturiser. But aged 36, still struggling with acne, I realised that the harsh drying treatments I was using could be making matters worse. I tried a few moisturisers supposedly compatible with acne-prone skin, but everything I used caused breakouts.
Running out of money and patience to continue blindly experimenting, I started getting scientific, and tried pasting product ingredients into Skingredients Online. I was shocked at how many products marketed as treating acne actually contain pore-blocking ingredients. This is the ONLY moisturiser I've found which contains NONE. So I bought with confidence and have not looked back.
Has made my skin feel so much more comfortable, slowed oil production, and dramatically minimised breakouts. This paired with a completely non-comedogenic foundation (Bare Minerals Blemish Remedy) is working wonders.
The dispenser takes some getting used to - hold the tube upside down, hold your finger firmly against the dispenser and squeeze slowly. You should be able to control how much comes out. It's ingenious (and very hygienic) once you get the hang of it!
