Rated 5 out of 5 by Rouge from Really lovely cream I don't understand how this can have negative reviews; it's a really nice cream to apply, neither too rich nor too light. It dries down well so your skin isn't shiny. I love the sealed tube (and I usually hate using products in tubes - so wasteful and a pain to use up) as it makes sure you get every bit out. I've already re-purchased.

Unfortunately, this product does not absorb well (bear in mind I don't have oily skin) and leaves your face smelling funny, it's really off-putting and it will follow you until you next cleanse. I was a loyal customer of the previous Skin Recovery cream, and I am so disappointed that Avene decided to discontinue it, given it was clearly working so well for so many people. I won't be purchasing again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by hspf17 from Soothing moisturiser for my sensitive skin Great moisturiser, I have sensitive skin and reacts to so many products, but this just soothes and hydrates and if my skins feeling irritable it calms it down. Looking forward to using it in the winter months too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bluedragon from oh dear I have used three versions of Skin Recovery Cream. The first version came in a simple tube with a flip lid and this was my favourite version of the cream and container. The second version put the cream in a new tube that was air tight but but not user friendly. The cream seemed the same. This current third version has been renamed and is in an improved container but Avene have tinkered with the cream and it's just not as good as the earlier versions. Bring back the original classic Skin Recovery Cream in the ordinary tube.
