Rated 5 out of 5 by NovBee from Excellent Avène Rescue substitute I was devastated when Avène Rescue cream for sensitive and intolerant skin was discontinued. I bought this instead and it is a very good alternative although not the same. It is good for my dry skin and I have not reacted adversely to it. It also goes well under make up and is fragrance free. . All in all a good find but I still miss and prefer Avène.

However, not as effective for excessively dry and damaged skin (eg through repeated hand washing amidst a pandemic). Still would recommend this to people with sensitive skin as generally hydrating and no adverse reactions experienced.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Emel from Great for my sensitive skin I have dry sensitive skin so don't like anything to heavily fragranced or heavy but still need it to help my dry skin. While this isnt quite hydrating enough for me in the depths of winter when my skin is it's absolute driest, its perfect all other times, feels rich when first applied but soaks in nicely, causes no irritation and sits well under makeup.
