Our 20th Blog of the Week accolade goes to Stina of the Chic Beauty Blog, a lovely lady whose nail varnish infatuation knows no boundaries!
Stina is a straight-talking lady whose blog is a mine of honest-to-goodness reviews and product information. Not only does she go above and beyond the prerequisite by providing product images, swatches, and FOTD snaps (often all in one post), but Stina actually talks about the experience of going out and buying her products. From snapping things up in 3 for 2 offers, to sharing her experience of counters, you’re given so much information in order to make an informed buying decision.
One of my favourite posts on the Chic Beauty Blog was Stina’s direct comparison of 5 of her mascaras. As much as I love to garner lots of different opinions from blogs and reviews to make better purchasing decisions, sometimes it’s nice to have someone else do all of the hard work! Direct comparisons also give bloggers the opportunity to detail the key differences between products, which often means brutal honesty – and I do love brutal honesty in product reviews!
Stina is just such a lovely, friendly blogger, and her blog is consistently a fabulous read.
