A Very Special Birthday Treat – 15% Off All Dior Today!

It’s my birthday this weekend, and to mark the occasion I’ve had a special voucher code created to share with you guys. With each and every Escentual birthday here on out we’ll be celebrating with a special discount for one day only in honour of the birthday girl/guy.  I selected Dior as my brand of choice, so you’ll receive 15% off just for today with the voucher code EMMASBIRTHDAY. Exciting!

Here are the things that made it on to my ever-growing wish list this year (for the particular attention of those who know me – hint hint) –

Dior DiorShow Mascara
This was the first high end mascara that I ever tried. Some lovely girls at my first proper job clubbed together and bought me this and some other bits for my 17th birthday, and I’ve replaced the tube habitually ever since. Whenever I want to make my eye makeup work a bit harder I reach for this – it makes my lashes look really intense.

Yves Saint Laurent Elle Body Lotion
I love the YSL Elle fragrance; I wouldn’t really say I have a singular signature scent, but this one comes pretty close. I had a miniature version of this lotion in a Christmas gift set a couple of years ago and I used it all up before the New Year. It smells like the base notes of the YSL Elle fragrance, and it makes the scent last a lot longer.

Guerlain Rouge Automatique in L’Heure Blue or Nahema
They’re two very different shades but I fell in love with them both when I was swatching them. I love berry shades and I’m going through a bit of a dark lip phase at the moment so L’Heure Blue is perfect. Coral shades work well with my skintone, and Nahema is even more special because it is shot through with lovely golden shimmer.

Lolita Lempicka L
I’ve admired the bottle of this one for ages, but I only very recently got the chance to smell it. L is such a pretty summery scent but the complex twist of cinnamon keeps it from being too airy. I’m a big fan of warm vanilla fragrances as opposed to sweet ones, and this scent ticks all of the boxes.

Clarins Pure Melt Cleanser
I don’t know if it’s a bit daft to wish for a cleanser for your birthday, but I’m in dire need of a new one! The texture of the Clarins Pure Melt Cleanser is amazing – It starts off as a gel, melts into your palms as an oil, and then emulsifies into a milk upon contact with water. I’m hoping this will give me the gift of less dry skin!

Take a look at the entire Dior range right here – remember, it’s 15% off for one day only!
