It’s Christmas time again, and in between running around the busy Escentual warehouse, I have to find some time to shop! Rather than have everything beauty and grooming related, this year I’ve shaken it up a bit more. Here are my Christmas shopping picks for my mum, dad, brother Benj and my sister Georgina..

Mum:
My mother always puts my present budget into the red. She knows what she likes (a lengthy list) and I know it too! However I know that buying her the Miss Dior Originale Eau de Toilette will make her ecstatic. Even though I buy it for her whenever a gift is needed, at least I know that she will love it!

Dad:
The fuss pot of the family. Nothing is wrong but not quite good enough either. Try asking what he wants? Still never quite sure. So this year I might get him a journal so that he can write his ideas down ready for next year along with any other musings he may have. A leather journal will be perfect for him.

Brother:
Having a football crazy brother makes Christmas an easier proposition. A shirt or mug has usually got me by and a Manchester United advent calender is a nice treat for him every year! However this time, I thought I would make an extra effort and make it something useful. He is a tradesman so a nice tool box should go down well, plus some Carolina Herrera 212 VIP for when he goes out after work.

Sister:
My sister enjoys any gift that she receives at Christmas…or any other time of the year, especially when it is beauty or fragrance-related! I spoiled her last year with far too many gifts bought from the workplace, so this year I may have to be a little more creative, and pretty. I thought a quirky jewellery holder might do the trick, plus I will limit myself to repurchasing the Van Cleef & Arpels Oriens and the bareMinerals Smoky Eye Tutorial, seeing as she loved them so much last year.
