betheve‘s Review of Stila Convertible Colour Lips and Cheeks

I ordered Gladiola, the bright orange, which can seem a little scary in the pan, but looks gorgeous stippled onto the high points of the cheeks (or even patted lightly onto lips, with plenty of balm underneath). I think it’ll suit pretty much every skin tone; I’m super pale and, with only a tiny amount, it looks really subtle and glowy.

I use my Real Techniques Stippling Brush as I do think it needs a a brush with it, the formula can be a bit stiff with fingers. I’m overjoyed with it, will be ordering another (or two!) as soon as possible!

Skincarefanatic‘s review of Nuxe Creme Merveillance Enrichie

I have struggled with incredibly sensitive, acne prone skin well into my thirties. I finally have it under control with a retinoic acid cream but this treatment in itself makes my skin incredibly dry. For the last 3 years I have been resigned to using a certain (incredibly expensive) marine derived cream as it has been the only potion with the ability to combat the dryness to any reasonable degree. That is, until I tried this wonder cream from Nuxe which I am now using morning and night. It sits beautifully under makeup during the day and at night feels like the most luxurious way to treat your skin before bed. The formulation is thick and nourishing without being greasy and the ever so slightly medicinal scent is pleasant and not at all overpowering. Most exciting of all is the fact that this cream is outperforming the previous mentioned cream by a country mile. After only 2 weeks of use my skin has never looked so good (an observation confirmed by my sister at dinner this evening). I am wearing less foundation, my skin is clear, plumped and glowing.

I cannot recommend this product enough to those with dry, sensitive skin and would imagine more mature skins would love this too. Well done Nuxe! You’ve hit the ball out of the park with this one and are saving me an absolute fortune!

Sue09‘s review of Klorane Pomegranate Shampoo for Coloured Hair

I have used Klorane products for some years now & have tried nearly all shampoos & conditioners they make. This is the shampoo I purchase most frequently.I have short hair dyed a burgundy shade the colour tends to fade fast. This is the best shampoo I have found to stop my colour fading. You only need to use a small amount & a bottle lasts for ages & I wash my hair everyday. It smells lovely & I use with matching conditoner which is just as good.I use this along with the Quinine B6 shampoo sometimes & my hair always looks shiney & glossy. A bonus is I don’t have to have my hair coloured as much as I did before using Klorane. They gentle but cleansing & I use styling products frequently without any build up.The best thing about all Klorane products though is the price for products that actually work.I have used many expensive brands before & have never found one that gives better results.I can highly recommend this & all Klorane products, glad I found them.

NDi9‘s review of Bioderma Sensibio  H2O Micelle Solution

I was first introduced to this amazing product by a dermatologist a decade ago when, after suffering an acne problem, I had to have some medication which turned my skin to being really sensitive and reactive. At that point, this was one of the few things that my skin would accept and I never really forgot about it…

And then, a couple of years ago, in the beginning of my thirties and the acne being long forgotten(!), my skin became dry and sensitive…I started buying many different products but my skin wouldn’t really accept a thing! I would always end up with dry irritated skin no matter how ”calming” the cleanser would claim to be…So, the moment I felt completely helpless and desperate, the ”magic water” of my…youth years came into my mind; the following time I visited my home country I packed a lot of bottles so I would never run out of it here in UK!

So why do I make such a fuss about it? Well, I’ ll tell you this: it’s the first time (and probably the last one) that a skin product makes me write a review and say ” I would swear on it!”. It is so super mild on skin that you can even use it in the eye area. It feels like cleaning/rinsing your face with water without the harsh impact of soap-and-water or the sticky feeling of cleansing milk. (And thus my ”magic water”!). It does not need rinsing afterwards but I do recommend you to use a mild lotion to remove any last traces of makeup or impurities (I use Clarins Extra Comfort Toning Lotion). The skin is left clean with absolutely no irritation or dryness.

So a million THANK YOU Escentual for bringing in UK the product I cannot live without!!!

ags6‘s review of  Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue Eye Shadow Primer

I am a ballroom dancer, and bought this product to use for my competition makeup. Ballroom makeup has to be quite over the top and sparkly, but I found that the glitters just wouldn’t stay throughout a competition day, what with sweat etc!!

This product really works, not only does it intensify the pigment of whatever glitter you are using, but it also helps it to stick! Also you can use it on top of other shadows which i like.

Would definitely recommend this to other dancers or if you’re just looking to wear glitters for a night out!
