Ameliorate Smoothing Body Exfoliant
Hands down, the Ameliorate Smoothing Body Exfoliant has to be my favourite from the entire range! Being a slave to fake tan and a sufferer of the not so glamorous ‘bacne’, I need a gritty exfoliator that’s going to buff away at my skin and help unclog my pores, so I’ve found this is perfect for me.
Efficient on dead skin but not harsh to use, its unique texture is made up of lactic acid, a chemical exfoliator, and micro-dermabrasion granules, which are physical exfoliators, to give your body an immense renewing ritual that makes you feel like you’ve got silky-soft, almost dolphin-like skin. I’ve found it’s also amazing to use just before shaving to avoid strawberry legs and ingrowing hairs!
I’ve been using the Smoothing Body Exfoliant for about 2 months now and since I’ve added it into my weekly routine, I’ve noticed a huge difference in the appearance and softness of my skin. I highly recommend applying the scrub to dry skin and letting its grainy texture work its magic on congestion and stubborn areas of fake tan.

Ameliorate Nourishing Body Wash
I never thought I’d rave about a body wash, but here I am telling you that you absolutely need the Ameliorate Body Wash in your life. A completely under-the-radar hero, this acid-based formula thoroughly cleanses skin, which in turn helps counteract blemishes on the body – goodbye bacne!
Great if you’re not the best at keeping up with your body care routine, this wash also works on irregular skin texture thanks to natural omega oils and an LaH6 Skin Hydration Complex, which reduce moisture loss and improve the texture of skin. The result is the softest skin EVER.
Now a complete must-have in my shower, the Nourishing Body Wash is one of those products that you don’t know how much you need until you’re without it. I’m now willing the sun to come out so I can show off my super smooth pins!

Ameliorate Intensive Hand Treatment
Change nappy, wash hands… repeat ad infinitum. And if I’m not wrangling a wriggling baby into a nappy, I’m tip-tapping away at a keyboard, swatching makeup on my hands, or preparing meals for the week. It’s fair to say that my hands are getting a bit of a raw deal at the moment! But it’s not so much the constant action of my hands that is making them need extra care, it’s the increased amount of hand washing required to match that is making my skin dry and chapped.
That’s why the Ameliorate Intensive Hand Treatment has been such a tonic these past few months, providing immediate relief when my skin is aching and stripped of moisture while also working to even out the tone and texture of my skin thanks to lactic acid. Its base of sweet almond oil, oat kernel oil and shea butter creates a fine film over my hands that feels a little like silken gloves. And the added benefit?
