Together, they shared a range of top tips on how to recreate a spa experience at home.
Why did we host this event? Now more than ever, it’s important to take care of yourself and be kind to yourself. We all need to take time to rest, relax and try to escape some of life’s stresses, whether you do so by talking to a friend, using a meditation app, listening to a podcast, running a bubble bath, or popping on a face mask and watching a movie – whatever works for you.
Another popular choice for a lot of us at Escentual is to enjoy a self-care evening. That’s why we wanted to give you the chance to join in with our live self-care evening – or catch up afterwards – so you can relax and enjoy your own spa night at home. Although we know that there’s a lot more to wellbeing than a spa session, it can still be a fun, relaxing way to help boost your mood.
