Rated 5 out of 5 by Rada1986 from Little Pot of Gold I was a bit hesitant about this product at first. My skin has dry patches, but mostly it is quite oily, with occasional spots and blemishes. Plus, I tried using oils before and it just did not go well with my skin type. However, this year I hit my thirtieth birthday and its like someone flipped the switch with my skin. It started feeling dry and tight much more, while still getting a bit oily by midday. So I decided to try out this as a night cream. The scent is not unpleasant, but it takes time to get used to it. The cream itself is quite thick and rich and I was expecting it to melt into oil, but it doesn't really, which I don't mind too much. A little goes a long way and this is great as the pot is smaller than your standard 50ml size. The product itself is great - I wake up to glowing (not greasy), healthy looking skin that is so soft and supple! I really love this effect. I notice that my skin is more radiant and surprisingly, it does not break me out in spots at all, which I was expecting it would. I actually noticed a reduction in spots, which is probably due to the fact that my skin is now being more nourished and moisturised. Dry patches and redness are also gone. The downside is the price, as £60 for 30 ml pot is a bit too much for me, so I only buy this cream when there is a sale or French Pharmacy month and you get 1/3 off.
