Rated 4 out of 5 by Foisy from Lovely product A really nice product. I bought it after getting a small one on a promotion however the bigger bottle is difficult to use. I find you have to pull hard to get the sponge applicator out resulting in some spillage. Also I find the applicator is too big.

Although it looks fantastic and it feels amazing on the lips, it even took me a while to trust to use the product as it kind of looked like it was used. When I reported to customer service, their solution was so complicated and so full of grief that I ended up giving up to do it. So I paid full price for a stick and dirty packaging with half of the product. Apparently the packaging is faulty and is still leaking, so I can't take with me, otherwise it leaks in my purse. P.S: The solution was to fill out a form, and use the address they gave to post the product back and then wait for a replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Debs7180 from Beautiful! I have now bought 3 different colours of the comfort oil - raspberry, strawberry and the honey one. The smell is divine and they leave a very natural clear/tint on my lips. Would buy all of them but i think that is a little OTT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jane12 from Luxurious & Moisturising Lip Oil I have been hunting high and low for this Clarins Lip Oil in Honey and have not been disappointed with it, especial as managed to get it for a discounted price compared with the High Street. Really moisturising and silky to wear with a delicious scent, not over sticky but you can really feel your lips moisturised long after the glossy-ness wears off.
