Rated 5 out of 5 by Cotswold1 from Can’t beat it! I have used Decleor products on and off for over thirty years and always return to them at some point. I discovered this serum a year or so ago and, quite frankly, would rate this the top one for me. I don’t find that moisturiser on its own is enough care for my ageing and rather dehydrated skin and the Neroli Bigarade gives a great depth to the next product - which is usually now a Decleor moisturiser. Just the best!
