Hugo Boss Ma Vie Pour Femme is a soft fragrance created in partnership with Jason Wu, the Artistic Director for BOSS Womenswear. In his desire to create a scent that symbolized the new, modern aspects of femininity Wu drew parallels between this latest era of womanhood and the cactus flower, which perseveres to bloom beautifully despite the difficulties it endures. Wu sought to create a fragrance that was as invigorating and exceptional as this uncompromising desert plant and achieved his vision with Ma Vie Pour Femme.

This exquisite scent complements the free spirit of a woman who pauses to indulge in the simple moments of life; a walk home at dawn, the feel of the sun's warmth on her skin, the soft touch of a flower. It is in these moments that the Boss Ma Vie Pour Femme woman is her most captivating, radiating a glow of poise and self-assurance.

Hugo Boss Ma Vie Pour Femme opens with the revitalizing green freshness of the Cactus Blossom, leading into the blooming bouquet heart notes of delicate Rose Buds; blended expertly with Jasmine Petals and Pink Freesia to create a natural floracy. Warmth is gifted to this scent through the alluring accords of Sheer Woods in the base notes, with charismatic Cedarwood forming the grounding signature of this fine fragrance.

I usually have a hard time finding a nice perfume for myself - usually, the ones which are raved about everywhere just smell too sweet/too spicy/too heady etc. on me. I can be pretty fussy with fragrances. But when I was sent a sample of this, I fell in love. Boss Ma Vie is incredible and unique - a soft, fresh, feminine fragrance which exudes elegance, whilst still being modern and crisp. It's a fragrance which doesn't need to be loud to be noticed or appreciated. Almost like an analogy of a beautiful woman - her effortless grace speaks for itself.
