Since watching a make-up video, where the person uses this product, every morning before she puts her lipstick on, I thought I would give it a go. You can feel it working straight away and it definitely adds moisture and i'm not using my lip balm now until the evening. It doesn't plump much although you can feel the tingling sensation, but it does help the condition of your lips.
