Spray mist onto the face and body and allow to dry. Spritz over face and body twenty minutes before sun exposure, and use with a sunscreen when exposed to the sun. For prolonged protection apply every morning and evening for 15 days prior to sun exposure to diminish skin reactions to the sun.
