The gift on offer is correct at time going to print. Gifts are limited in quantity and Escentual reserve the right to remove the offer once the gift has run out. In order to qualify for the gift customers must meet the minimum purchase requirements stipulated on the offer.

Once the free gift has run out, the offer will be removed from the website.

If a customer for any reason decides to return the qualifying product, the free gift must also be returned.

Where discounts on a brand or products are offered via a discount code, the customer must have the relevant code at time of purchase. If the customer does not have the code at time of purchase, then the discount is not applicable. Some discount codes will have limited use. Once the usage limit has been reached, the offer will be withdrawn, and the code will no longer work. The code will only apply a discount to the brand detailed in the offer.

Escentual are not able to retrospectively apply the discount code once a purchase has been made. The code is only applicable on the day of the offer, and will not work after the offer has closed.

The discount code will not apply to any delivery charges.
