Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst purchase I have used this perfume for over a decade and its lingering smell is the driving force to my affection.However the one l bought here left me disappointed because the smell is gone in an instant.This is not the Jean Paul l know.What a rip off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Synthetic but I'm surprised to say this but Le Male is actually my most complimented fragrance from girls my own age (20's). Maybe its the insane projection and longevity that means you can still smell it a couple feet away when most other fragrances have all but disappeared but either way its loved. I love vanilla and so anything with vanilla in will usually be a hit with me and the dry down of this is one of my favourites. Yes its synthetic smelling but that doesn't bother me - if it smells good it smells good. I remember the first time I came across this, I was 16 and serving a customer who had it on. I wanted to ask him what he was wearing as at the time it was the best fragrance I smelled but due to typical matcho bs I didn't feel comfortable to. Fortunately I came across it myself 7 years later and snapped it up. I hear a lot about people saying how many people wear this but I've never come across another man (that I can remember) who had this on since that customer so its a win/win for me (admittedly very few men wear anything bar 1 million where I live so could be why). I love it and will always own a bottle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic Masterpiece This has probably been one of the most successful male scents of the last 20 years and with good reason; it smells great, has amazing performance and has a lovely bottle too. This has many notes listed but it's main ones are lavender, mint and vanilla; doesn't sound much but it's so well blended that it just smells fantastic. This can be used for every occasion and by pretty much any age group (my mum loves this on my dad who's 72). It has beastly longevity and projection so go easy on the trigger with this one. The only issue with this is that it's so popular that the chances are that you won't be the only one wearing it and if your dating, this could well remind her of her ex. Overall though, this is only so popular because it's so universally great; again, a masterpiece.
