La Roche-Posay Rosaliac Micellar Make-Up Removal Gel 195ml is rated out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Seasidegirls from Fabulous cleanser for rosacea sufferers I get red flushing and rosacea. I hate it and have to be very careful what I use. I cleanse with the Toleiriane cleanser - see my review of that - but I use this in the shower after I’ve washed my hair. I really don’t want any trace of hair shampoo or conditioner on my face skin, so when I’ve finished doing my hair I do a quick rub over my face with this which I cloth off and then run fresh water over my face. Does the trick for me. Stops me having any red or itchy patches. Must have for the shower for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PorcelainRose from Excellent as a daily Rosacea Cleanser My skin type is generally oily, flaky, tight when washed, itchy, very prone to stinging or burning when using products. I have a handful of frequent small pimples, congested pores, slightly bumpy pores on my forehead and constant facial pinkness along with a proneness to heavy flushing. After using this gel cleanser twice a day for a few weeks with cotton balls, La Roche Posay Rosaliac UV Light Moisturiser in the morning, Avene Tolerance Extreme Emulsion at night and more recently adding in ocassional face washing (1-2 times a week) with Vichy Normaderm Wash I have noticed an improvement in my skin. My skin is less pink and I don't get people commenting about my 'sunburn'. I don't have dry flakiness around nostrils or eyelids which were problem areas. I'm not constantly itching my skin anymore, I have fewer flushing episodes, fewer pimples (I had clear skin for the first time in years for a few days! although I still have more than I'd like sometimes), if my skin feels oily/itchy from pollen, etc, then the gel soothes and calms my skin. It doesn't leave my skin tight. I started using all those products at a similar time so it's hard to say which is making the biggest impact. This gel and moisturisers made most of those improvements but I still struggled with raised, bumpy pores and white blockages in some pores which the Vichy gel wash helped loads. (I'll write a review about that). My skincare regime seems to be working much better for me now. I feel really glad I spent a lot of time on Escentual reading ingredients and reviews of all these products. My previous Skincare Regime had been Avene Extremely Gentle Cleansing Milk and Avene Rich Skin Recovery Cream which I found far too greasy & heavy - my face was like an oil slick! - and my skin would overheat because they're petroleum based. I avoided any water on my face because it was so reactive. I researched products that weren't petroleum based and contained far fewer potential skin-triggering ingredients. The Micellar Make-up Remover does remove make-up pretty well but given the amount of product needed to remove foundation, I wouldn't use it for that. I use Avene Tolerance Extreme Cleansing Lotion for make-up removal then cleanse that off with the micellar gel to avoid greasiness when moisturising. I wouldn't use this gel without a moisturiser long-term as it wouldn't be quite moisturising enough for my skin. I'm so glad that although it hasn't stopped my rosacea completely, it has made an improvement which is what I'd been hoping for whilst spending a huge amount of money on other products over the past couple of years. I'm happy it's finally happened to me! It's much easier to apply foundation now my skin isn't so flaky or red too :) I used to use prescription high-pigment foundation for every social ocassion but now get away with a mineral loose foundation on redder days as the pinkness is easier to cover and I'm finding myself not wearing foundation when socialising fairly often since buying these products - Yay! I had almost dismissed La Roche Posay products before taking the punt at trying this gel and the moisturiser because the Toleriane reactive-skin cleanser irritated my face. I was also worried the Rosaliac UV Emollient I'd chosen wouldn't be heavy enough for my dry skin because I'd always used emollients and heavy creams but even this light cream is the tiniest bit greasy - nothing bad - and it deffo protects my skin from itchiness and dryness just as well as emollients, without the heavy oiliness and blocked pores! I love this range and this gel is definitely recommended! I'm glad I gave La Roche Posay another go as this Rosaliac range suits my skin really well. I hope you might give it a go if you have combination, reactive skin like me! It's definitely recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Marjo from Soothing Doesn't really remove make-up with one wipe (and repeating can irritate my skin) but it's great for morning as, while gently cleansing, it soothes and mosturizes the skin too. I also use in the evening to wipe away make-up residue after cleansing (right now I'm using Clinique Redness solutions soothing cleanser).
