This 3-step system includes three essential products from La Roche-Posay’s soothing and clarifying Effaclar skin care line, formulated with anti-bacterial and astringent ingredients for a clean, fresh and matte finish.

With steps for cleansing, toning and treating the skin, this kit contains everything you need for a healthy-looking complexion.

The kit contains:

  • Step 1: Effaclar Purifying Gel Cleanser 125ml This gentle yet effective gel purifies skin, removing impurities and excess sebum to leave skin fresh, soft and clear.
  • Step 2: Effaclar Clarifying Toner 200ml This refining lotion helps to minimise the appearance of pores and seriously refresh your skin before the treatment step.
  • Step 3: Effaclar Duo [+] 40ml A complete solution for blemishes, excess oiliness, blocked pores and uneven skin texture. This gel-creme gently exfoliates the skin to repair and clarify – it even prevents the appearance of pigmentation marks left behind by acne.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product! This product, along with the other La Roche-Posay products are fantastic. It’s the only thing that’s cleared up my acne! It doesn’t dry out my skin either and is excellent for sensitive skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product The cleanser purifies deeply without drying out and leaves the skin smooth and feeling lovely and clean from first use. I had about 15 spots and a week later using all 3 steps all of them were gone completely. Very good products, also the effaclar duo is great as a makeup primer and I use it as a moisturizer too. Using this twice a day will significantly clear your skin!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for blackheads I have really greasy skin so this product worked fantastically to start with but my skin quickly became very dry and peeling after about 8 days of using the 3 steps (very unusual for me!). I've now stepped it back to using it less often and this has helped control the balance between oily and dry. Don't use if you've ever had dry skin!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I wanted to like this product...... I really wanted to like this range of products as I fancied a change from Vichy. It was too drying on my skin and made it feel taught. I have stopped using it and gone back to Vichy Normaderm. On the plus side it did tighten up my pores, but as mentioned over time it became too drying.
