La Roche-Posay Iso-Urea Smoothing Moisturising Body Milk is rated out of 5 by 15.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Eliza18 from Good cream but not amazing I recently purchased this cream in the hopes it would become a ‘holy grail’ for the KP I suffer with quite severely on my arms. While it is a good, thick and very moisturising cream, I do still find I have to mix it in with my Aveno moisturiser to make it spreadable otherwise it’s quite tricky to spread around. It does what it says on the tin and doesn’t cause irritation, but for the price you’re better off spending a little less and buying something (also) natural/sensitive like Aveno cream or using this cream as a ‘top up’, if you like, to your usual moisturiser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maria19 from The go to cream for eczema prone dry skin This cream is good to use anywhere on your body, exceptionally moisturising, absorbs quickly and non greasy. Relieves dry skin back to comfort quickly. Having life long eczema and weather change flare ups, I try to avoid all the medicated muck the doctor will prescribe by using this rich cream which I favour before coconut oil as that can sit on your skin causing irritation and ruin your clothes. Urea cream is awesome and I gave half a bottle away to my friend to use on her little boy's really dry skin- she said it cleared up in one application. Texture is beautiful to apply. I've since converted to using Lipikar Replenishing Cleansing Oil so don't need to use it as much but I always have a bottle on hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Annabel from A Must for Dry Skin I suffer from very dry skin and have searched for some for a body cream that will make a difference - the search is over for me. This truly is an excellent cream. It's described as a milk which is a bit misleading as it's actually a fairly thick cream- absorbs well and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth with no greasy residue. Unlike many other creams that I've used before this does not feel superficial- I feel it is helping to improve the condition of my dry skin.
