La Roche-Posay Rosaliac AR Intense Localised Anti-Redness Intensive Care 40ml is rated out of 5 by 38.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kyera77 from Very happily surprised by its efficiency! I bought this product as I was starting to despair at the increasing redness of my cheeks (which had been spreading to my nose and upper lip). So far, I had used with zero results Darphin products. As the situation was getting worse, I decided to switch to La Roche-Posay and try the serum. I have been most happily surprised to notice an immediate improvement. Literally overnight (and no, I have not been paid to write this review!), the redness had lessened and the skin felt soothed and less spotty. I have been using the product twice a day for 4 days now and the improvement is visible, so much so that even my BF noticed it. Of course nothing is ever 100% perfect so the serum does make my nose slightly greasy and is not perfumed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by samcat from So far so good. Having had several rosacea flare ups in the last few months, I was keen to try this serum to see if it lived up to it's claims. So far, having used it for 3 weeks I am impressed. The skin on my nose has greatly improved & not as red as normal; it appears smoother & the pores smaller. If it carries on improving like this I will be extremely pleased - just hope the visible red blood vessels reduce in appearance too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MYHO from The best product I have tried for my Rosacea After tried many products, more expensive, natural ingredients, etc; this has been the best cream/ moisturizer for me so far. My rosacea still there but my face looks much better, I will definitively stay using this. It will be great if it was available in a larger quantity.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KateLondon1 from No obvious results for me Bought this after seeing it recommended by a well known skincare blogger for red/ irritated / sensitive skin with broken capillaries. I should say that I don't think I have full blown Rosacea, which to be fair is what this range is intended for, but I do have those symptoms around my T zone so thought i'd give it a try. Been using it for about a month every morning and some evenings, and I don't think it's made any difference to my blotchy redness or pimply tiny whitehead prone areas. It's also a little more greasy than I expected, certainly more so than the Toleriane day creams which I also use. It does sink in and doesn't feel greasy, but does leave behind a bit more shine which needs powdering!
