Rated 5 out of 5 by Chantell from The best soap I have very dry skin and I have found this soap to be really gentle in covid times while I wash my hands very frequently. It's great for body too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rossett from Good value lovely creamy soap I really like La Roche-Posay skin and mascara products so thought I would try their cleansing bar for showering. I use it with a mit and it produces lots of creamy lather and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. So far it looks like it is going to last a lot longer than liquid shower soaps so will be purchasing again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rosie234 from Reactive skin beware... I'm a Toleriane user (La Roche Posay) and was very excited to try their body soap after being blown away by the efficacy of their face products (I used to have very sensitive skin which would react even to Micellar water until using this brand. I still suffer with mild rosacea). Unfortunately this soap is a little too astringent leaving my skin feeling very squeaky clean, and my back feeling itchy post shower. While my skin doesn't look dry, it feels very tight and you can see the skin looking taught, for instance on my legs, the next day. Using a body moisturiser after cleansing with this product is a must! My skin is usually only reactive on my face but I have had some hives pop up while showering with this soap so I'm obviously reacting to an ingredient, which is strange for a soap that's meant to support sensitive skin. I used this soap consistently for a week and then had to give up. If you have less problematic skin or know your skin to be mildly sensitive, perhaps this is worth a shot. I've moved back to a bar soap from a drugstore brand named after a bird, and have never appreciated it more. The La Roche Posay bar is larger than the average bar of soap also, so if it works for your skin it should last for quite a while but I'm not so if it's worth the price considering other products on the market that perform better.
