What Does Parfums de Marly Haltane Smell Like?
Haltane kickstarts with a vibrant freshness as an aromatic duo of clary sage and lavender are lifted by a sunny touch of citrus-green bergamot. The heart is rich, opulent and utterly captivating: softly spiced saffron gently warms up balsamic cedarwood and leathery, resinous oud wood, which is balanced by a surprisingly sweet praline accord. This adds a fresh, modern tone that ensures the oud accord doesn't become too dark without allowing the sugar-coated, nutty facet of praline to become sickly sweet.
As the fragrance warms on your skin, its sensual, sophisticated base of smooth yet smoky leather, earthy patchouli, grassy vetiver and luminous agarwood and musks results in a deeply long-lasting signature.

This is thanks to its lighter, brighter touches, like bergamot and sweet, nutty praline. The end result is a really well-balanced signature that cleverly toys with radiance and shadow.
