too drying, little difference
bought a few products in the N range to try to reduce the broken capillaries on my cheeks, which on my fair skin, give an unwanted redness to my complexion when not wearing makeup. I would like my complexion to be a fair skinned version of claire sweeney - who has remarkable skin & it always looks fab, smooth, even & natural on tv without her looking like she has much foundation or concealer on. I have used this serum for 4wks every night, followed by the N kapinon k 1% cream, & it has left my skin SO dry, I am now recovering my skin with avene's redydrating serum followed by decleor's neroli balm at night. After 3 nights of this recovery ritual, my skin feels better - firmer & more hydrated. This serum does behave like a light facial oil on application - massage in til absorbed, but each morning I have felt my skin get dryer & dryer. I have bought the cc cream(not tested regularly yet), the day cream spf 20(again not tested regularly yet), & due to the dryness, I have bought the soothing, strengthening cream in the N range. As you have to use the serum regularly to give it a chance of results, I am now going to try this serum at night again followed by the soothing, strengthening cream & see how that goes.
While this serum has done nothing for my broken capillaries on my cheeks & sides of nose, it HAS reduced the hyperpigmentation redness on my upper cheeks by approx 30% in the 4wks I tried it for, but I really wanted this to have more results with my broken veins. I do sometimes have reactions to some skincare, but this range hasn't caused any sensitivity except for dryness.
If your only problem is red hyperpigmentaion (NOT broken veins) you will probably have success with this product, but so far, for broken capillaries, I would not recommend
