Great product & customer services
I attempted to order some fragrances using a discount code but was unfortunately able to submit my order. I emailed the team expressing my disappointment and they got back to me immediately offering to honour the code.
I placed my order, the discount was applied and the fragrances arrived within a couple of days, having been very well packaged. My husband and father love the fragrance, which was recommendedto me by my 26 year old son, so it seems that this fragrance appeals to all age groups.
Throughout this process, customer services kept in touch.
I cannot recommend using Escentual enough - not only for their fantastic prices and first class products, but also for their exemplary customer service.
