Eucerin UreaRepair Plus 5% Urea Hand Cream 75ml is rated out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Louisa9 from Great hand cream I suffer with very dry skin, especially on my hands, and this emollient cream is wonderful. The urea helps to exfoliate very well and fast, leaving the skin silky, and the effect does indeed seem to last more than 24 hours. It does leave a slight film after application, but it's not greasy. Good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tessi from Best hand cream ever. Moisture but no greasy feel Best hand cream I’ve ever used. I’ve got all of the Eucerin moisturisers and thought this would be one of those with a hand cream label. It’s completely different. Very moisturising, with NO greasy feel, but it also creates a perfect barrier. This got me through a winter of hand eczema

Rated 5 out of 5 by Supersec from Great purchase This is just what I was looking for. I’ve tried many different makes and spent varying amounts of money to find a long lasting moisturiser for my dry hands. This one really does the trick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cmaskari from Miracle worker or nah? This hand cream was one of those last minute purchases. A purchase with no major thought given and no reviews read... I'd call it a 'Wing-It Handcream'. As a nurse who's constantly washing her hands and drenching them in alcohol gel (because, lets face it, hand washing alone isn't good enough...you gotta burn the first layer of your skin off) I found my hand to be chapped. Yes you read correctly, I said 'Hand'. My single, right hand is chapped, dry and sore- it really doesn't make sense to me either but one thing that did make sense was that I really REALLY needed to buy a hand cream. Whilst surfing the Eucerin section, I thought, "hey there's a hand cream, let's try it". Upon seeing the tube of cream, in my hands, I was glad it was of a decent size however was secretly crying when I noticed the screw on cap, not one of those that doesn't require screwing on with cream soaked hands. The fragrance...well what fragrance, it didn't have a particular scent, just the scent of...nothing? Is it possible for something to smell like nothing... maybe glycerin. Nevertheless, i knew that this scentless product wouldn't do any further damage with irritating fragrances. The cream got the job done, I wouldn't call it a miracle worker but it did help, I did however notice myself re-applying it within about half an hour. Overall, if you're desperate and just need a good cheap cream, that gets the job done, then this cream is your man...or woman. I've attached a badly taken photo of my, no longer chapped hand, taken on the underground line...better than nothing, right?
