Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweetie214 from Lovely day cream This slightly tinted cream has a thick texture but absorbs into the skin very quickly leaving a perfect base for make up. Very effective spf which is an essential everyday requirement for me. The colour is minimal but helps even my skin tone and would be fine to use alone as it is not greasy at all. I buy in bulk- very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shell34 from Pleasantly surprised I'm so pleased with this purchase and have to thank Escentual for the recommendation (I saw it mentioned in Elisabeth's blog for skincare in your 30s). I've been reading a lot about having spf as part of your skincare routine but I didn't know what to look for apart from usual sun tan lotions. After reading the review of this spf on the blog, it's non-greasy texture and slight tint had me sold. I tried it out as soon as it arrived and it hasn't disappointed. The cream comes out white but once you put it on your skin it blends in so quickly and there's no trace of white. There is a slight fragrance to it but I wouldn't say it's off-putting. The'tint' doesn't cause a massive change of colour for me, more so it just helps to reduce the shine and even out my complexion which I'm more than happy with. I'll be interested to see how it works when my skins gets some colour in the summer but overall I'm pleasantly surprised with this spf and would certainly look to re-purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bobbypin from Holy Grail product A daily 50 spf is essential for me as I've has spent a decent amount of money on lasers and peels to get my skin to a really good place, so I can't risk any sun damage. I've tried a lot of facial sunscreens and I can't rate this highly enough. The consistency is great - it glides on easily as a white cream that then releases small capsules of colour which blend in perfectly with your skin tone. I'm pretty fair and it doesn't make me look orange in the slightest! It also doesn't sink into my pores or leave dry patches as I've found with other products. Even with good skin, I wore a BB cream or mineral foundation daily - but since using this I haven't needed anything on top, except for some powder to set it and stop shine. I've converted a lot of friends to this product and they are equally as hooked. Definitely the find of the year for me!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sandie36 from Not for the fair-skinned!! This sunscreen has fantastic chemical filters to protect you from the sun, but I found the colour was far too dark/ orange on me. I am very fair (blue eyes, brown hair & a neutral pale skin tone with some redness, I always have to go for the lightest tone of any foundation) and this sunscreen made me look like an Oompa Loompa. It’s a shame because I loved the texture- it was easy to apply and felt right for my dehydrated skin- but the colour is so off I can’t make it work unfortunately.
