Bergamot vanilla headiness
My new summer fragrance, it gives me such a lift to spritz it. The bergamot is fizzing through it. Joyous

Indeed a sexy fragrance!
This is the most unusual, pleasing , beautiful fragrance I have smelt in forever. It fresh and warm and sweet and comforting and exciting and sensual all in one!
I Love love love the smell and will always have it in my collection.
Longevity and projection are sadly not great.
I need to top up every hour or so.
I will something could be done about that but for now will keep LOVING it!!

Simply the best
Had a random sample of this quirky perfume and was hooked! I love all Eastern fragrances, particularly Oud. Sometimes people remark on it in a positive way but it's not for them - it's for me! Always have a spray on the wrist so I can keep sniffing it. Exotic and exciting describes it but also it's like comfort food, to me anyway.

vanilla and cedar
If you like Yves Rocher's Vanille Noir, or Guerlain's Shalimar, you'll recognize this scent. I'd class it as a mix between a vanilla oriental and a chypre.
"The Sexiest Scent on the Planet Ever. IMO" is interpreted by the perfumer as the warmth of vanilla, with the modification ambergris, which comes across as the strong, almost astringent scent of cedar wood and brine. The vanilla brings to mind skin that's warm from a lie in, with the remnants of a sweet lotion applied on skin the night before, but now faded and mixed with the person's own scent, which is where the slight bitter notes of ambergris comes in.
When sprayed initially, the perfume comes across as sour (?), and when it starts to develop on the skin, the vanilla and sweetness uncurls with the heat of your pulse. It's a challenging perfume, I think. I do remember spraying it at first and wondering if I liked it. It's a perfume that you would do well to try before you buy, but if you've smelt Yves Rocher's Vanille Noir, it's pretty similar, but The Sexiest Scent Ever Imo has a bit more edge.
