What You Need To Know:

The Bioderma Photoderm Max Aquafluid SPF50+ is an oil-free face sunscreen with a very high UVA/UVB, SPF 50+ protection. The fluid texture is fast-absorbing and prevents shine thanks to the dry-touch finish. Any skin type can benefit from the Aquafluid as the patented Sun Active Defense provides very high sun protection and hydration. It's perfect for sensitive and sun-intolerant skin as it is dermatologically-tested. The technology also helps prevent premature ageing by protecting your skin cells from UV rays that accelerate ageing, helping your skin cells to have better self-defence biologically against the sun. The oil-free formula is not sticky or greasy, so those with combination skin will also enjoy the lightweight watery formula. Photoderm Aqufluid also has excellent eye tolerance.

I have a dark skin complexion, so I soon as I used this sun cream my face turned grey and I had to really rub my face, just so my face could be normal. I only used it once and never used it again, very unfortunate. For my people with a darker skin complexion stay away from this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by EjayUK from If you have sensitive skin- USE THIS I love the sun and have always sunbathed. about 5 years ago i started with a condition called Polymorphic light eruption. No rhyme or reason as to why but i couldn't go out in the sun for longer than 20 mins before my skin would come out in blisters that would take 2 weeks to disappear. A dermatologist consultant recommended : Bioderma Photoderm Max Aquafluid SPF50+. Yes it is expensive and yes you only get 40 mls for your purchase but IT WORKS. Apply 30 mins before you go out into the sun and your skin is safe and no reaction. It is waterproof too but I reapply at lunch to ensure I have maximum coverage. The tan you get is a lovely deep tan with no burning what so ever. My skin use to get so bad i thought i would not be able to go on beach holidays again. With cream I no longer have to worry.
