To celebrate this launch and to give you a full 360 review of the products, Team Escentual undertook a month-long trial to really put the collection to the test, so we could let you know what we thought of these products and the effects they had on our skin. All in the name of research, the team reviewed the Caudalie Vinoperfect Concentrated Brightening Glycolic Essence, Vinoperfect Complexion Correcting Radiance Serum , Vinoperfect Glycolic Peel Mask and the Vinoperfect Dark Spot Correcting Glycolic Night Cream.

And now for the results… Did we love them? Did we see visible results? Were the products pampering? Are we going to keep using them? So many questions, but luckily for you, we’ve answered them all now that the results are in. Read on to see our honest opinions….

What is your skin type and main concerns?
I have dry and sensitive skin, and my main concerns are fine lines and wrinkles.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
I loved the fresh scent. The products were lightweight and left my skin feeling hydrated after use. My favourite has to be the Vinoperfect Complexion Correcting Radiance Serum; its milky but light consistency absorbed easily and I could really see the difference on the days I used it. As my skin is sensitive, I only used the mask for five minutes at a time instead of ten; this meant that I could still see the benefits but without the sensitivity. I only applied a thin layer, and think it could benefit from being thicker and slightly tinted as I found it hard to see where I had applied.

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
My skin definitely looked brighter and my skin tone appeared more even. I had some redness on my forehead from a flare-up, and that was cleared up after use.

Will you continue using the range?
The serum and the night cream will be part of my routine going forward.

Would you recommend the range to a friend?
Yes.

Any final comments?
If you have sensitive skin but want to give this a try, I’d recommend gradually using the mask for a longer period of time to build your skin’s tolerance to it.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
The Concentrated Brightening Glycolic Essence made my skin feel hydrated and gave me a clearer complexion; it was easy to apply and left my skin looking glowy and radiant. After cleansing, I used the Dark Spot Correcting Glycolic Night Cream every evening, I only needed a small amount of the soft and rich-textured cream. It worked well with the other products to help give my skin a radiant glow, and left my skin feeling hydrated when I woke up. Its properties helped plump and even my skin’s complexion, creating a soft brightening glow.

The Complexion Correcting Radiance Serum has changed my skin’s complexion; the light textured serum left my skin feeling silky smooth and hydrated. It helped brighten the complexion while rejuvenating the skin. This product is a skin hero!

Finally, I used the Glycolic Peel Mask twice a week after cleansing my skin. I would leave the mask on for ten minutes and remove it with warm water. After use, my skin looked clear and radiant. It felt like I had exfoliated my skin as my complexion felt really soft after use.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
The Caudalie Vinoperfect Complexion Correcting Radiance Serum was my star product as my skin looked more radiant after using it a few times and the pigmentation on my forehead visibly reduced. I loved the texture and scent of the nourishing night cream. When I woke up, my skin felt more refined and looked more radiant after using it. I loved how the essence felt on my skin, it definitely made my complexion feel more refreshed after use.

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
It improved the pigmentation on my forehead and made my skin look more radiant.

I will continue to use the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum and the Dark Spot Correcting Night Cream because I found that these offered the most benefits for my skin.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
I loved it. The packaging is chic, the textures are gorgeous, and the results were terrific. I’ve been a long-term fan of Vinoperfect for some time now, but it’s hard not to be; its star ingredient, Viniferine, is 62x more effective than vitamin C.

As someone who strives for glowing skin, this is music to my ears. I enjoyed the entire routine. However, the essence and the mask were two of my favourites. The essence, I believe, made a huge difference in my skin’s texture and radiance, and the mask is one of the very few glycolic masks that didn’t leave my skin feeling dry. Overall, I am coming away from this routine with a much healthier-looking complexion.

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
The range mainly helped to improve the evenness of my skin’s tone and radiance.

Definitely! I don’t like to let formulas go to waste, and I’ve only seen good results so it would be silly not to.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
The Caudalie Vinoperfect trial was definitely a success! I’m now a big fan of the range and I can safely say that I’ll be using the products after this has all finished. You’ll definitely find me recommending it to my friends and family after seeing the brightening results from this trial (yes, I loved it that much!)

Ok – I can’t choose just one favourite, so I’m going to cheat and say my two favourite products from my routine are the Complexion Correcting Radiance Serum and the Glycolic Essence. I used them day and night, every day, throughout the trial and found that they slotted in easily with other products I own from different brands – the dream!

When using the essence, my skin felt smoother, moisturised and never stripped or dry, which is a problem I tend to have with direct acids. I’m honestly relieved that I’ve found an acid I can use twice a day that doesn’t irritate my skin. After toning, I would apply the serum. The serum feels super hydrating and soothing, and like me, you’ll be surprised at the lack of aggravation – a problem I get with most brightening serums as they contain vitamin C. Instead, this contains Viniferine, which is 62 times more brightening than vitamin C; powerful and soothing, I’m impressed!

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
When I started the range, my skin looked dull and a little spotty; looking back at my first ‘before’ picture, I really feel like this has made a difference. My skin now looks clearer, smoother and brighter!

Will you continue using the range?
Definitely – especially the serum and glycolic essence. I adore them both!

Would you recommend the range to a friend?
Absolutely, or anyone who is struggling with skin dullness.

Any final comments?
When I started the trial I went in with an open mind and couldn’t wait to get started with an all-branded routine especially from a brand like Caudalie! It’s safe to say I didn’t expect my skin to look this brighter and clear after using it and that this trial and exceeded my expectations of the results I could get in just 4 weeks.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?
At first, I didn’t think Vinoperfect was for me, but I was surprised by how well it kept my skin soft and my texture refined.

The routine steps are simple and effective. My favourite product has to be the night cream; I sometimes used it in the day as its velvet texture is quenching.

I’ve emptied the serum and loved using the mask, I’ve also treated myself to the Vinoperfect hand cream (I’m conscious about ageing hands) which is a hit!

My skin is dry, so I found that using the mask and the toner in the same sitting was a little too much. If your skin sounds like mine, I’d recommend avoiding the essence for 24 hours after using the mask.

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
The overall clarity of my skin has improved; my pores look less visible and my skin looks more unified. Sometimes I felt like I needed a little more moisture inbetween, and I needed a spot treatment for my breakouts.

Will you continue using the range?
I definitely will; I’ll miss the night cream and mask when they run out!

Would you recommend the range to a friend?
Definitely, especially to a friend who has clear skin but craves a glow!

Any final comments?
The size of the essence doesn’t match up well with the sizes of the products in the range – you might find you have excess, but I found a hidden use! It’s a great fake tan remover if you’ve got any patchiness left after a couple of days.

What is your skin type and main concerns?
I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and drier areas on the rest of the face. I have some noticeable pores on and around my nose and occasionally have breakouts. I’m currently trying to keep my oily skin under control while reducing older acne marks as I treat the first signs of ageing.

What did you think of the Caudalie Vinoperfect range?

Overall, after testing the Vinoperfect range for a month, I am impressed with them based on a radiance and glowing point of view, but I can’t say if it really prevents or cures face pigmentation caused by the sun, acne, age or pregnancy as in my case it didn’t have a strong effect on my acne marks.

The serum is great; I am impressed by the results I have achieved from using it. It has given my skin an even and smooth appearance by targeting texture and pores. It has a light texture, a pleasantly fresh and discreet scent and it absorbs quickly, however it feels slightly watery on skin. I liked the packaging too; it can be dispensed by a dropper that picks up just the amount needed. In terms of radiance, I noticed that my skin complexion is even, it has a certain glow and looks brighter than before.

I used the essence for a month, and I can’t personally say I’m overly impressed with it. It definitely left my skin feeling fresh and I didn’t experience any irritation or breakouts from it – I also like that it absorbed quickly and didn’t leave a sticky feeling, but I felt as though an even and bright complexion was the result of using the entire range, and not particularly the essence.

I loved the Glycolic Peel Mask; my skin felt a lot smoother after using this and my complexion was clearer and my tone more even. The skin felt immediately refreshed and it gave an extra glow too! Though it’s less aggressive than other peeling masks I’ve used and it has a lower concentration of glycolic acid, my skin is a bit sensitive, and when I used it twice a week, it caused a breakout. So, I will stick to using it once a week from now onwards as I’m really impressed with the results of this face mask.

The night cream has a rich texture which melts into the skin (as long as I’ve applied less on my T-zone, otherwise it feels a bit greasy) and it has a gorgeous fresh scent. After use, my complexion both felt and looked hydrated, brighter and healthier. My skin texture was smoother and my pores looked reduced, however I didn’t see the slightest improvement on my acne-induced dark spots, so I can’t say I found it effective in that respect.

How did the range most help to improve your skin?
On the whole, it made my skin tone look bright and even; I can also see an improvement in the size of my pores and skin smoothness.

Will you continue using the range?
I will definitely continue to use the peel mask and I might even switch my regular serum (Vichy Mineral 89) to the Vinoperfect serum. The night cream is lovely but I wouldn’t buy it at the moment as I want to focus more on skincare that fights the first signs of ageing. The concentrated essence might be great for others, but I didn’t notice any changes to my skin when I used this, so I wouldn’t buy it.

Would you recommend the range to a friend?
Yes, I would recommend it, especially to a friend who has pigmentation concerns, or a friend who is hoping to achieve brighter and more radiant skin. After checking the prices, I think it offers a really good quality-price report too.

Any final comments?
For me, the star product of this range is the glycolic peel mask followed closely by the serum; I was hoping to see an improvement in my dark spots, but nothing yet. However, I will continue to use the entire range until I finish the products; I’m still optimistic that I might see a visible reduction of my dark spots by the time I finish the collection. Apart from that, I do think it’s a fantastic range which offers fast results in terms of radiance and glowing.
