This Fragrance Smells Like…
This is a jasmine fragrance, but not as you might expect it. It’s for people who love jasmine, and for people who think they don’t like it.
A flanker of the popular Chloe Nomade created by perfumer Caroline Dumur, Naturelle starts with Egyptian jasmine – hand-picked at sunrise and responsibly harvested, no less – for a fragrance that exudes timeless elegance. Although jasmine can often be an intoxicatingly rich white floral note, its sun-kissed petals are soft, gentle and almost creamy in Chloe Nomade Naturelle, so it doesn’t overload the senses.
Throughout the fragrance, there’s a hint of something sweet and delectable, which rises to the surface as the sticky, sweet smoothness of date prepares the senses for the warm, addictive and cosy base of vanilla and sandalwood, which wraps you up in a snuggly blanket at the end.

Cementing Chloe’s move towards sustainability, Nomade Naturelle follows on from Chloe Eau de Parfum Naturelle, which was launched last year. Nomade Naturelle is similarly housed in a more eco-friendly box and flacon, while it’s 100% natural origin vegan fragrance is formulated without any artificial colouring or UV filters. One of the key notes here – jasmine – has been ethically sourced, too.

If you love typically sweet, pretty perfumes, then Nomade Naturelle will be right up your street. It celebrates traditionally gourmand fragrance notes but it does so with subtlety and style so it’s not overpowering. In fact, it has a relatively gentle presence that makes me feel comforted and cosy with each intake of breath.

Chloe Naturelle can, of course, be compared to its predecessor: Nomade Eau de Parfum. The fragrance has a similar white floral/fruity tone, but Naturelle is definitely a much more vanillary gourmand. But if you’re unfamiliar with this fragrance, I’d say that Nomade Eau de Parfum Naturelle reminds me of panna cotta; it has a smooth vanillary creaminess that keeps you coming back for more, while maintaining a delicate and understated side.
Is Chloe Nomade Eau de Parfum Naturelle Unisex?

What’s The Longevity Like?
Despite its subtle nature, Chloe Nomade Eau de Parfum Naturelle is surprisingly long-lasting; yes, it’s delicate, but it clings to your skin for hours. When I tested it out on my wrist, it lasted a good six hours with a very delicate trail still lingering even after eight hours.
What’s Special About The Bottle?
Nomade Eau de Parfum Naturelle reinvents the emblematic Nomade bottle in delicate but chic ochre shades inspired by nature. A vegan-friendly suede-style braid is tied around the neck of the bottle, representing the bonds established through travels and the encounters you have during each adventure. This symbolic motif is also engraved into the glass to tie the design together.
