La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C10 30ml

Only: £32.30 RRP: £38.00

Reveal your skin’s health with the La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C10, a radiance-revealing formula suitable for all skin types that will fight free radical damage and add vitality to the complexion.

Skin ageing can be caused by many things. Genetic factors account to 30% of the ageing process due to the slow down of the metabolism of skin cells, with the remaining 70% is caused by exposure to external factors such as UV rays, pollution, infrared and tobacco smoke. Created to address this issue, and specifically formulated to be suitable for use on sensitive skin, Pure Vitamin C10 is the first serum formulated at a physiological pH of 5.5 which offers the best tolerance for sensitive skin and helps to preserve the skin’s barrier function.

Enriched with 10% pure vitamin C, otherwise known as ascorbic acid, this biologically active form of vitamin C will brighten, stimulate collagen production and reduce the damage of free radicals. The inclusion of 0.45% salicylic acid will smooth and exfoliate away dead skin cells, while a duo of neurosensine and La Roche-Posay’s own thermal spring water will eliminate inflammation, soothe redness and relieve sensitivity.

Why We Love It

With regular use, Pure Vitamin C10 will reveal a younger-looking complexion, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles and encouraging a healthy vitality. Plus, thanks to it being housed within a bright orange UV filtered bottle, the active molecules within the serum will be protected from UV rays-induced degradation, so you can count on the long term stability of the formula.

How To Use It

Apply in the morning before your moisturiser.

La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C10 30ml is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice product at great price. I have only been using this serum for a couple of weeks and alternate it with the other LaRoche serum for hydration. They seem to mix well and it feels pretty much like the other serum. You fit the glass dropper when you open the item. It doesn't suck up much product, probably just enough for one application. No perfumed smell, just fresh for a few seconds. It is thick in texture but rubs into the skin very quickly and as long as you use sparingly it does not leave a sticky residue. I follow up with a moisturiser which is a good base for the day or night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but some irritation I have sensitive skin and get eczema. I normally avoid anti-aging products and serums promising great things as they generally irritate. Love La Roche-Posay Toleriane range. I got this in a trial size and the B5 Hyaluronic Acid as part of a promotion on LRP so giving it a go. This is the only thing I've changed in my normal routine (not used the B5 yet) I found that it made the skin around my lips red and irritated so I've avoided about 1cm from lips but on the rest of my face, avoiding eye area of course, it's been good. I'd say if your skin is very reactive there is a risk but otherwise it was good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Be careful if you have sensitive skin I purchased this along with 3 other La Roche-Posay products: Effaclar Astringent Micro-Exfoliating Lotion Redermic R Retinol cream Redermic UV SPF 30 I'm not sure which product it was or if it was a combination of all but I had a mild reaction due to the strength of these products; I have sensitive skin though so all I would advise it to build up your usage if you have also have sensitive skin, I alternate the night cream for example, and be very careful around the eye area as they advise in the directions. Other than that, highly effective products and would recommend :)
