The best way to use it:

Apply before sun exposure by applying a generous, even layer on skin. Reapply frequently - at least every two hours - to maintain protection, taking extra care to reapply after swimming, towel drying or excessive sweating.

Stains came out I took this sunscreen on a 6 day Florida beach vacation where I was out every single day from morning til sunset on the beach in the sun. We were not even allowed to have umbrellas some days due to it being too windy. Therefore, this sunscreen was my main protection for all those hours. Not only did I not get a single burn, but I didn't even get the slightest tan! Never have I experienced such high protection. Afterward, I did see the yellow marks on my rashguard and swimsuits that everyone is complaining about. However, I sprayed each stained area thoroughly with Shout Triple Acting spray laundry stain remover. I let it soak longer than overnight before washing. Every single yellow stain came out completely this way and all my items are like new. Obviously, Idk if it will work for every fabric or for everyone but this was my experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Db96 from Nightmare This product left a yellow stain on my clothes as I read about from the other reviews, once the product rubs on your clothes it leaves a stain. It stings your eyes and DOES actually leave a white film. It's not actually the worse when it comes to how greasy it is, I've had worse, when you layer it on through the day it doesn't look like you have lots of layers on, but it does have a shine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kirino1 from The best hydrating sunscreen for skin of colour This sunscreen is a dream! Its hydrating and doesn't irritate my skin. The bottle also lasted a VERY long time (got 6 months use out of it, when using every day). It does leave a greenish tint on white clothes when you first apply it, but wont stain after it sinks in (so just make sure that you put on your white shirts AFTER applying the sunscreen, to avoid any stains). It also sits very well under make-up, for someone who has gets cracks under their foundation due to dryness, this has been amazing! I will definitely be repurchasing this from Escentual.

But I’m not so exited about it , it isn’t absorbed as fast as it should into the skin and has a yellowish color that stains the clothes.
