Refreshing This really refreshes my skin. I've used before moisturising and over the top of make up. It's good both ways, and despite my fears, doesn't affect my make up. It's got a lovely subtle fragrance and most important for me does not affect my eyes. They are sensitive to fragrance and many products can make my eyes water. April 15, 2014
Not a necessity, but nice to have. The Caudalie Beauty Elixir is a product that every beauty junkie would have heard of (and probably bought or tried). I’m not sure if I am entirely sold on this product but again this is another product where curiosity got the better on me and a highly enabled purchase by the beauty blogging community. From what I understand of this product is that it is a bit of an all rounder (like the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream you could say). It can be used to sooth the complexion, decongest and tighten pores, help to boost your skin’s radiance, set your makeup, the list goes on. I have been using this in alternation with the La Roche-Posay Serozinc as the step after my exfoliating toner but also like a quick spritz over my makeup before I leave the house. It’s got quite a unique smell (in a good way), a little bit fruity, a little bit minty and feels so refreshingly cool on the face. I’ve not really noticed that it’s made any difference to my skin or the way my makeup looks but it’s just one of those products that is nice to have. April 4, 2014
Beauty in a Bottle! Yet another great cult product from Caudalie! I initially got this after I finished using my favourite Eau Thermale Avene Spring Water Facial Mist, thinking it would be a suitable replacement. It turned out to be more - I love that it instantly refreshes the skin without drying it out (many facial mists tend to do this), so it's great for a midday pick-me-up whilst at work or school. In fact it's so moisturising it's my favourite to-go product when I'm flying or travelling to countries with very dry climates. Also it smells super natural and refreshing! One minor comment: It claims to reduce the size of pores, but I hadn't seen this taking effect yet. Perhaps I need to use it for a longer period of time to see the effects? In any case it's great as a facial mist! Highly recommended! :) April 3, 2014
Really adore the fresh smell! I like using this in the morning, really just fresh me up! Also, whenever i feel tired, i will spray it on my hands and then take a deep breath in them.Lovely cheer-up spray. March 16, 2014
