It’s been a landmark week for my gorgeous Mummy Felstead, who appeared in her first glam photo shoot with top fashion magazine Grazia.
The styling, hair and make-up were impeccable as always and mummy really shone, looking elegant in a gold Talbot Runhof dress, Ted Baker bracelet & necklace and shoes by Basia Zarzychka. I loved my gold sequined dress by Alice and Olivia and an Yves Saint Laurent bangle. Sadly I had to give them back at the end of the shoot.
It was a great Christmas themed shoot with Cheska Hull and Ollie Locke and their mums Karen and Sarah respectively, and it really got me in the mood for the festive season. It’s my first Christmas at the helm of Binky’s Beauty Blog, and the final countdown to the big day has begun. With only four days to go before the big day, I’m feeling pretty smug because I’ve already got all my Christmas shopping sorted, right down to the smallest stocking pressie for my pet pooch Scrumble.
And since I’ve got all the hard work out of the way, it’s now time to focus on what Binky wants for Christmas. Judging by past experience, I know perfectly well that all the Made In Chelsea men in my life Jamie, Spencer and Ollie will only just be starting to think about shopping for gifts.
Luckily for them, I know just what I want (and it’s all listed below, hint, hint) – and hardly surprisingly it’s lots of delicious pampering goodies. And even luckier for them, it’s not too late to get Binky her beauty treats. Online beauty boutique Escentual.com offers an amazing last-minute shopping service: if you order right before 1pm on Sunday December 23rd they will guarantee delivery before Christmas Day!
So with that in mind, I’m expecting a bumper pile of presents under the tree, and to help the boys get started, I’ve made a list of my dream gifts.
Binky’s Christmas Wishes
Dior Grand Bal Carnet de Bal Makeup Palette
This gorgeous gold make-up palette includes everything I need to perfect my party look, from a sleek black eyeliner to two luscious lip-glosses. Best of all it features two dazzling metallic eye-shadows – a glimmering gold and a pearly platinum – which would work a treat with my new glittering party gown.
Stila Lip Glaze Trio in Tiki
Regular readers will know what a huge lip-gloss fan I am, and this box set features a triple whammy of scrummy lip shades, each one with a juicy fruity flavour. I plan to be glossing and pouting all Christmas, and these will really help to protect my lips on my skiing trip.
Annick Goutal Passion Eau de Parfum Spray
I have to admit, I haven’t been entirely lucky in love this year. Every girl needs a little passion in her life, but this Christmas I’m not taking any chances on unreliable guys. I’m getting my Passion straight out of the bottle in the shape of this incredible fragrance! You never know, if I dab a touch of this perfume on Xmas night, I might meet someone special under the mistletoe.
Stila Written in the Stars Eye Shadow Palette
I plan to look my very best over the entire festive season, which means I’ll need a whole variety of make-up shades. My eyes are guaranteed to twinkle and shine with delightful eye-shadow palette designed in a pretty star-shaped palette. It contains an amazing 12 gorgeous, neutral shades that can be mixed and matched for Christmas countless looks.
Daniel Sandler Billion Dollar Body Shimmer
Everyone knows I love a bit of bronzer and a bit of glimmer and this adds both and really accentuates your cheeks bones and works just as well with fake tan as it does with the real thing.
If I just get a couple of these above I will count myself lucky. And now that just leaves it for me to say thank you to everyone for reading my blog, I would like to wish you all the very best Christmas. Have an amazing festive break everyone.
