A Poem From Us To You
There’s just so much we want to say,
So we thought we’d try a different way.
With so many to thank, it’s tough to start
To explain the gratitude in our heart.
As this year draws to an end,
We want to say thank you to each customer and friend,
Your loyalty has helped us through,
So, here’s our thanks from us to you.
We know it’s been a tough year for most,
So this Christmas, let’s raise a toast,
To your support and dedication,
We wanted to show our appreciation.
Although this hasn’t been the year we’d planned,
We got through it all, hand-in-hand.
Despite being apart, we all stuck together,
Counting the little things now more than ever.
Our 20th year has been one to remember,
And we’re grateful for each and every member.
So here’s to the new year – bring on 2021
Let’s stay safe, stay happy and have some fun.

Dear customers and friends,
We are always humbled and grateful for the time, trust and loyalty you have for us at Escentual and want to express our gratitude for shopping with us!
I also wanted to share my admiration for everyone at Escentual. Our team are always finding new ways to stay in touch with our customers. We want to exceed your expectations and be the best we can be. We’re trying new directions and making the best of what we can (with incredible energy) – even when it’s tricky!
I love Escentual, even more in the knowledge that as CEO, I am surrounded with such wonderful, venturous, creative and positive colleagues.
We hope you can all take some rest these coming weeks! Enjoy good food, nature walks and a few family members or good friends.
We look forward to ‘seeing’ you all again in 2021.
Our Final Thoughts…
When we welcomed in 2020, we don’t think any of us were prepared for the year it has been. Everyone has experienced unprecedented challenges, all over the world, it has certainly been a strange time to live in.
We care a lot about you; our customers, and we wanted to ensure that we were still able to provide you with everything you expect from us (quality, service and satisfaction) and more. We’ve adapted and improvised throughout the year and despite these challenging times have still managed to launch exciting new product ranges, welcomed new staff members and unveiled our exciting new #EscentualScents campaign. We’ve also got to know a lot of you more thanks to our series of Instagram Lives – #NightInWithEscentual and of course, despite social distancing and half our team working from home, we still managed to have a big moment for our 20th Birthday!
2020 taught us to work closer than ever as a team, even with many of us being so far apart. Not only that, we feel closer to you, our customers and that’s something we’d love to continue into 2021 and beyond. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support this year. Whether you’re a long-standing customer or have only recently found us, we’ve got some exciting plans for 2021 and we’d love for you to be part of them!
